LSBC Family Camp 2015

LSBC FAMILY CAMP 2015 - REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. LSBC Family Camp 2015 (“Church Camp”) will take place from 17 – 20 June 2015 and the registration fee (“Camp fee”) include the hotel accommodation for 4 days 3 nights, 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners and the use of conference rooms. The transportation fee via coach (“Coach fee”) is charged separately.

2. Online registration will commence on 08 February 2015 and end on 28 March 2015. Registration is complete upon FULL payment of the Camp fee and Coach fee (if applicable) at the church’s L1 Atrium, together with the printed order confirmation.

3. The Early Bird Discount ("discount") applies to the 1st 200 DJ Cell members who register online from 8 Feb 2015. Those who receive the discount will be notified by email. The discount does not apply to coach fees, pre-camp and post camp packages.

4. The Church Camp is strictly for members of Living Sanctuary Brethren Church who have been attending one of the church services regularly for at least 3 months prior to registering for the Camp. It is preferred that he/she is visiting/attending a Discipleship Journey Cell.

5. Church Camp registration is non-transferable. Exceptions may be considered under special circumstances. Such requests are to be made before 9 May 2015 in writing to David (email: davidchin @ lsbc.org.sg).

6. The Camp fee will be fully refunded* if the cancellation is made before 9 May 2015 and in writing to David (email: davidchin @ lsbc.org.sg) with the reasons clearly stated. Cancellations made on 9 May 2015 till 2 June 2015 (both dates inclusive) will receive a refund of 50% of the Camp fee. Cancellations made after 2 June 2015 will not be refunded. *Coach fee is not refundable.

7. The Coach fee is non-refundable.

8. Walk-in registrations on the actual day of the Church Camp will not be accepted.

9. All decisions made by the Church Camp committee are final.
